Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

Return Of Merchandise Purchased Online:

Merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Please send your merchandise back to us at the address below:

For all refunds, goods must be sent back to us at the customer's expense and a £5 restocking/admin fee per item will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchange Of Merchandise Purchased Online:

Merchandise may be exchanged in its original condition within 14 days. Please send your merchandise back to us at the address below:

Merchandise purchased in-store must be returned in its original condition within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot accept in-store purchases to be returned via post.
